M35+ Dual Load Capacity – the new quality of pull-out testing

The M35+ Dual Load Capacity is an indispensable tool for designing and checking the correct installation of various types of anchorage.

Safety is the designer’s most important requirement when selecting a system for anchoring. Therefore, when the load-bearing capacity of the substrate has to be determined directly on-site for the correct calculation, the pull-out testers are used. For the building inspector, who is also responsible for the safe use of the building, the pull test device is also indispensable, especially when checking the quality of the installation team’s work after the anchors have been installed.

Now, in the Klimas Wkręt-met offer, the M35+ Dual Load Capacity pull-out device is available in a new, improved version.

The M35+ is a specialized, intelligent device for pull-out testing of fixings. It can perform pull-out tests of up to 35kN using a standard bridge or up to 65kN by replacing a standard bridge with a more robust medium-sized one. This means that lightweight fastenings (e.g. insulation fasteners) or universal fastenings can be pulled out easily and conveniently with a single device. The M35+ also allows the tearing out of medium and heavy-duty fixings such as mechanical and chemical anchors. The M35 thus combines the advantages of two or three devices. In addition, for low pull-out forces (up to 10 kN), the Easi – Effort technology used, gives the possibility to increase the load with a convenient knob, or for higher loads already with a spanner as standard.

Using a modular system of additional bridges, the M35+ is the first in the world to be able to cope with a wide range of construction applications. The standard bridge has a span of up to 110 mm, the more robust medium-sized one has a span of up to 210 mm. The largest bridge with a span of up to 310 mm can also be purchased as an option. Engineers will no longer have to rely on multiple devices to meet different test requirements; the M35+ is a versatile tool that covers the maximum range of capabilities.

Equipped with state-of-the-art data logging features, the M35+ allows real-time monitoring and tracking of tear-out test results via the free Hydrajaws Verify app.

The unit features a functional, lightweight titanium design. Adjustable, swivel feet with stabilizer ensure comfortable operation and precise adjustment on uneven surfaces. In addition, the universal anti-rotation protection ensures optimal configuration. Thanks to the sealed housing, the unit requires no maintenance.
